I really did not find anything positive about my time with OJC.

Cons

They were very transparent during the interview process that it was more of a call center atmosphere. You get a feeling that it's an unstable workplace right away. Not sure where they stand financially but collectors kept calling in but I was always told to take a msg. The trainer was always micromanaging me, not a positive work environment.

None - unfortunately there is nothing positive about working in this type of environment.

Cons

Company lacks business ethics, does not offer benefits such as dental and profit sharing as promised. Conducts business with vendors and customers poorly and unethically. Working environment is less than stellar and owner does not believe in retention, prefers revolving door policy to save a buck.
