Pros

Steady work, plenty of hours, friendly co-workers

Cons

Don't expect to see your family much thanks to mandatory overtime, expect to be given absentee points if you have to see anyone but the company doctor, or have to leave early because your babysitter could only stay till 5 and you have to work till 630. Management can cuss and scream at you and when you ask them not too do that they will fire you. They are the only large employer left in Leflore county and they know it. Expect to be run into the ground every day. Never bothered to learn anyone's name because turnover was so high.

Pros

good pay, decent vacation if you're administration although you never get to actually take more than one day at a time.

Cons

poor management, shady actions. CEO is greedy . Management is shady and plays favorites and the entire company does not care to follow labor law. They screw work comp employees and fire you if you get hurt due to your managers incompetence.
