Horrible senior management. They would rather fire that develop people. No loyalty to the employee. The company culture is not conducive to the younger generations. If you want a job where you work like a dog and do what you are told for below standard pay go for it. If you want to work for a place that values thought in an evolved workplace, stay far away. The gaps in salary between men and women in the corporate environment is shameful. They will sign you on with the promise of bonus eligibility, but good luck on ever seeing it. The turn over is unreal. There are so many better options. Just stay away from OK.
