Pros

Great first job out of college, lots of different areas to potentially move up with in the company. You're left alone to do your job, but never afraid to ask questions or for help. 401K is pretty good, good match from the company. Two free health clinics to use for you and your family.

Cons

Only five days vacation AFTER one year, ten days after three years, & 15 days after ten years. As of right now, no other perks/incentives.

A very few supers are in it for the company. Tooo many are there for the gossip. Just like high school.

Cons

Not enough hours. Work your a** off with no recognition.
