Good money for the area Not physically exhausting Easy attendance policy if you need to miss

Cons

Management is almost exclusively there for day shift and makes nights deal with issues by themselves. Bad at promoting from within. They hire someone with a degree and no practical knowledge and its a recipe for disaster
