Easy money, decent benefits, pto after 90 days, laid back environment.

Cons

Maintenance dept is disorganized, unrealistic expectations at times, counterintuitive work practices, self serving management, degraded piping and obsolete/noncommunicative control systems, dangerous work conditions.
