      Great opportunities, excellent benefits, advancement possibilities, endless opportunities to volunteer in and for the community, employee matching grant program, flexible work schedule, casual corporate atmosphere, CEO is always available to employees

      I can't find many cons, especially since becoming a stand alone distribution company.
