Stable company, decent HR, good work culture, more benefits than many employers.

Cons

Difficulty moving up, difficulty negotiating raises/salaries, management lacks flexibility and is struggling to adapt to the new world of work, and benefits are consistently being lowered/removed over time (they took a week of PTO from all employees 2 years ago).

Racism ,favoritism, no updated guidelines , mandatory overtime of 8 hrs each day after your 8 hrs.
