Decent pay Company truck Plenty of overtime whether you want it or not

Cons

Overwhelmingly demanding job Most toxic work environment I've ever been a part of between military(15 years) and civilian work forces. Was less stressed being off work and unpaid for 6 months than I was actively working for this company. They preach safety but it's more of a talking point than it is practice.
