Business Outlook
Pros
Excellent benefits. Health insurance much better than other local companies I'm aware of. Corporate office has a small workout room. Great coworkers for the most part. Lots of volunteer opportunity. Pay is decent.
Cons
Could offer better vacation - ONE Gas offers 3 weeks but I came from a company that offered 5 weeks. ONE Gas does not allow employees to work from home (even for times when it makes perfect sense, like bad weather or having a sick kid). Some upper level employees are very snooty and won't respond to your emails or phone calls unless you're the same level as them or higher - and it's odd because it's not just one or two people.
