ONEOK's core business in natural gas is steady and has a good long-term future. Employment practices are conservative and they avoid the need to "right-size" in down times.
Cons
Due to their conservative practices, their pay tends to be below market. They strive to make up for this with much better than average benefits; however, most employees would rather have that additional $ in their pockets each pay day.
