ONEOK is the best company I've worked for and I highly recommend to put in an application here. They provide great pay and benefits, management consistently shows care for their staff and try their hardest to give raises/promotions. A very positive environment to be in and one that will teach you a lot.

If management likes you, you wont be fired.

Cons

Really this isn't a great place to work. They pay way under market but expect performance as if they not only pay the best but are some amazing company like Google. I was fired with almost no warning and I don't know what for. However, my coworker who slept at his desk the majority of the day stayed and is a favorite. If you are serious about your career DO NOT apply or work here, you will be wasting your time and damaging your reputation. Management does not know how to lead here. At all.
