      Cons

      No promotions, no pay raises. No matter your experience or what you put into the company, they will not give anything back at all and provide zero incentives to stay. Also the culture and environment is completely toxic and seems like high school clicks. If you aren't in the circle you're going to have a miserable time working here no matter how quality of work you do or how hard you work it never seems good enough. They will also railroad most training experiences and chances to improve your overall ability to make yourself more valuable to the company.
