Cons
Horrible work life balance. No set hours. Bad on call rotation. No real training program for new hires. This company believes that since you have a truck and a phone they own you. Get used to long hours, little sleep and no family time. If you complain then you are “not part of the team”. Middle management was unprofessional and not cut out for a management positions. Supervisor didn’t like me but couldn’t fire me, so they chose to make my life hell until I quit. Withholding thousands of dollars in bonus money, never training you but then constantly claiming your job is at stake since you are not “adding value to the company”. Honestly quitting was the best decision I ever made. My life has improved significantly since leaving.
