Flexible schedule plus plenty of overtime Great supervision at lower levels Company truck provided and tools to help get the job done Great company to work for. Once hired you are solid unless you do something dumb

Cons

Slow to get pay increases and slow process when applying for job Poor communication from upper management positions. The glass of water is always muddy

Good company to work for. There are things that can be improved, but for the most part managers are working to improve every aspect

Cons

Pay seems to be just below the industry standard. Bonuses are a measured on some factors outside of employees control

Pros

Excellent benefits. Company cc, company vehicle, very nice perks. Pay could be better but hard to complain about when the rest of the benefits are so amazing.

Cons

Pay is based on how good you say you are, not on how good you actually are. Interviews need to be more technical and stringent. There needs to be training provided across the board and not just to operators.
