Market Based Pay is actually well below Market Tulsa Management Slow to Change/Request Executive White Boy Club Top Heavy Pay Major share of the work, but not the pay. Management doesn't really listen. Diversity and Inclusion Initiative a major sham.

Pros

Great work/ life balance with flexible work schedule. Excellent Vacation/ Sick Time Community involvement.

Cons

There are too many layers of middle management. The C-Suite seems to understand to cause of the many challenges within the current ONEOK culture. The first-line employees experience the layers of bureaucracy. The middle management (repetitative layers of VPs, directors & managers) are too concerned with filters communication rather than being leaders. Communication requires two passing information up & down the chain. Market based pay is similar to government pay scale with the exception of no COL increases. This stifles the performance of top tier talent. Little reward for exceptional performance.
