Overtasked workers at my location, it is by design but can be stressful over long periods

Great pay, great benefits, commitment to safety, good work life balance.

Cons

Depending on the plant/ area you may work youe experience will be vastly different. This is one thing Oneok lacks. It is consistency over all its different regions. For example, all the plants in the bakken have different schedules as well as vacation rules.
