good entry work experience, good starting vacation time

Cons

very little formal training,conflicting sources of work related information, if your not a "yes man" type of person stay away, If you choose to keep your head down ,mouth shut hide and in the crowd, you may not get hammered.so so benefits

The company treats you like family and really cares about you even though they are a somewhat large company.

Cons

The work can be boring and unchallenging at times. I found myself having to fight just to stay awake while sitting at my desk all day.

Oneok has been great place to work, I have enjoyed feeling I have a voice in our company procedures and designs. Oneok has recently adopted a Diversity and Inclusion program to exand on this already existing culture.

Cons

Sometimes there is a lack of direction and follow through in the local facilities.
