Working together with projects and other like minded professionals. The company has its high moments like most companies. You get a pay check and some benefits.

Cons

Nine that I can hunk of right now. The company has its flaws but most companies do as well. I can’t think of anything else but to keep filling in words.

Lots of freedom to operate. Good hourly pay. A fair amount of down time, and opportunities to move up with the company.

Cons

Contracted through third party. Very isolated. Rough working conditions, no running water or amenities. Some long work hours during summer.

Really good atmosphere with great people Teams are broken up by specialities so depth of knowledge tends to increase over time Great benefits Short Term Incentive plan can make for a really nice bonus

Cons

Can be a little too much of "we've always done it like that" attitude Little to no cross training/mentoring
