Great culture, pay is extremely variable among the company for the same roles and is a little unfair.

Culture, remote, lots of room for growth

Cons

Pay should be more fair across the board. I didn’t find out until after I was onboarded that I was making 10-15k less than my colleagues who started with less experience than me. A little disheartening. Health insurance is EXTREMELY expensive.

I enjoy working at OPEN Health because the company is made up of great people who share similar values and goals. Everyone works hard but also recognizes the importance of a good work/life balance. My colleagues are like family to me. There are many great opportunities to grow in your career with OPEN Health. My teams and manager were very supportive of my career transfer between departments. My managers are properly invested in my career path and care about my success and happiness. Throughout my years with the company, I have consistently received outstanding support from my colleagues, manager, and senior team. As a working mom, I am grateful too for the flexible working environment OPEN Health offers.
