Pros

Some lovely people work at Open Health and unfortunately most of the great people there are leaving, have left or were made redundant.

Cons

Terrible management who don't care about anyone but themselves. Most of the management are incompetent and do not know what management means. You are constantly threatened by being made redundant so you can never give honest feedback to improve things. Awful place to work except for the great people there.

This organization has a great outlook for the future and is doing good things. The teams I have been on was the best I have ever worked with.

Cons

Over the years has lost a lot of the old school pov that employees are your product leading to turnover and slim resourcing.
