Thank you for your feedback, its always great to hear that working with colleagues is a key driver and that having an environment where you can freely work to meet the needs of clients is valued. Like so many other companies we have been on a journey of change due to market conditions. We are a business and therefore we do have to focus on revenue, that said we have implemented technology and recognition, long service programs, work from anywhere policy, investments in training throughout the last year to invest in our people.

We have been going through change and continue to do so, we must always be mindful of our revenue performance but we are a people business and we have continued to invest in technology, process improvements and initiatives to take all employees globally on our journey.
