We have launched our new approach to learning with our new playbook, have launched leadership development and a variety of other learning interventions. We fully acknowledge that we have room to grow. When it comes to diversity and values we are working hard to build out a diversity program and initiatives that speak directly to our values. This program has been launched and is supported and sponsored by all executives in the organization. Employee and career development is another initiative that is underway and set to take priority in 2024. We will be working on building out career progression paths and development plans as a result of our new job architecture frameworks that are in flight right now. As far as bullying is concerned, bullying is never ok and should not be tolerated. If this is something you would like to speak further about please reach out to the people team.
