      No training, micromanagement

      Good location, easy to get to.

      Cons

      Directors don't have management training so the culture is fairly fear-based. It's the worst job I've ever had where everyone seemed properly miserable. They have a terrible retention rate for a reason.

      Flexible, remote. Laptop and paid phone, that's about it.

      They have a clique. Work your butt off for nothing, they pile the work on with no additional compensation.
