      Massively under resourced for the amount of work

      Hire very nice people, good structured inductions to be introduced to the business

      Cons

      Massively under resourced leading to a continuous expectation of working overtime (with no recognition) and means mistakes happen and the quality of work suffers. Bare minimum of people per team who are overworked and juggling too many clients and priorities. Line managers could do with interpersonal skills training

      Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We recognize the pressures of agency life and that sometimes workload and capacity can be a challenge. We are constantly reviewing internal processes to ensure our staff have the support they need. We have grown exponentially over the past few years, and whilst this is indicative of the success of the business, it does come with its own challenges.
