Pros

Lovely people and environment, flexible working, good variety of work and challenges.

Cons

Take far too much work on for the staff so poor workload balance that impacts work-life balance. Put too much on staff and are restructuring to a bottom heavy model. Progression seems subjective and inconsistent too. No or little onboarding time.
