As a new employee with 6 weeks, I have been made to feel incredibly welcome by colleagues throughout the company. From my manager, the executive team, my onboarding experience has been extremely positive. It's clear that everyone truly cares about the work they're doing and want to make a difference. It's an exciting time to be part of a business that currently positioning for sustained growth.

Cons

As OPEN Health continues to grow, it's clear that it takes time to get the infrastructure in place with the right processes, software, and structure. To me, this makes it an exciting time to join and have the opportunity to be a part of it, so I don't see it as a "con." It would be more challenging if someone doesn't embrace change.
