Pros

Personal development is a real focus here with lots of scope for you to carve out your goals. There's lots of L&D and training available in different areas, so you can always upskill in topics you're interested in. Teams are super friendly and approachable, makes cross-collaborative work easy. Working remotely and flexibly is a huge bonus too :)

Cons

None to list at the moment!

Pros

A truly collaborative environment with lots of opportunity for growth. Since I joined in 2017, I have always been made to feel that my thoughts and opinions matter and that I have a voice within the organization. We have such great teams across our global locations, who are a pleasure to work with! Post-Covid, the business has continued to offered a flexible working environment where individuals can choose where they work.

Cons

With the speed of growth, the culture as been affected but this is a work in progress and needn't be seen as a negative.

Pros

Some seniors empathise but not

Cons

You are treated like a robot who has to attain a certain percentage of billable hours or else. You are micromanaged beyond belief. They ask for good quality research but don't give you the time to think and develop things. Junior staff are treated like slaves and senior staff only know how to comment that their work is 'not good' and so much time is wasted going back and forth. Management do not care AT ALL about staff wellbeing. We are all meant to be machines. I am also not so sure about the new CEO.
