      Pros

      A truly collaborative environment with lots of opportunity for growth. Since I joined in 2017, I have always been made to feel that my thoughts and opinions matter and that I have a voice within the organization. We have such great teams across our global locations, who are a pleasure to work with! Post-Covid, the business has continued to offered a flexible working environment where individuals can choose where they work.

      Cons

      With the speed of growth, the culture as been affected but this is a work in progress and needn't be seen as a negative.

      Great company, but stolen branding

      Pros

      No question that it’s a great company to work for with great people.

      Cons

      It’s a shame that their branding style is a blatant rip off of a TV show called “the one” on Netflix. Hence their slogan about being “the one” and their branding, specifically the grid style of peoples pictures.

      Interesting mix of projects and clients Good holiday and benefits, and flexibility Supportive managers and colleagues Diverse workforce Fab offices!

      Cons

      Big focus on billable hours but to be expected in any agency environment
