Pros

Small agency feel with a good work life balance. We have a great partnership with clients and have been dealt a decent variety of projects to work on. Everyone I’ve worked with is very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with. Overall they’ve delivered on their culture/ values and the quality of work we produce!

It is based in a nice area

Cons

There is a clear hierarchy and it is clear the managers don’t care about their employees or their work life balance. They don’t care about their development either. The salary isn’t worth it either. They also have a low retention rate.
