We take onboard the comment about progression and we are currently working hard to implement job architecture which will allow us to build more focus around career progression. In addition, we have recently appointed a new Director People Development who will be focusing on learning journey mapping.

We are also implementing new technology across the business to help give efficiency gains and improvements to help all of our employees and improve our client experiences.
