Pros

The company cares about professional and personal life and gives that work-life balance. No micromanagement exists and you are genuinely given the opportunity to deliver your ideas and show your worth. The team is a family and colleagues strive to help one another achieve to the best of our ability I feel supported to and listened and I see this support given to others, not only me.

Cons

Team structure changed early on in employment, but we were given time to find our feet and the gaps and get back on the train swiftly.
