      Pros

      It is what you make of it - flexibility to take on activities outside of client work, can gain lots of experience as you're given work that's above your pay grade. Worked with some incredibly capable and intelligent people. Free breakfast

      Cons

      There's a lack of belief and trust in senior leadership & unprofessional behaviour at every level of the organisation. Massive amount of overtime - more than other agencies in the same industry. Low salary compared to industry standard
