Pros

Only apply, If you have nowhere else to go, you'll find a job here.

Cons

Only if the company staff knew how to behave with their peers, it would've been a good company. No matter how many emails you drop with the proof of exploitation and unacceptable behavior of the employees, the manager and HR wouldn't do a thing to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Pros

The ability to be on the road and interacting with dealers on a daily basis. The app has good technology that is comparable to the competition.

Cons

The company culture started to slide once it became a publicly traded company. The pandemic created isolation and there were no team building activities aside from the odd lunch. Management provided little help while claiming to provide all the necessary tools to complete the job. You're merely a number to the company and disposable at any time regardless of performance. You use your own personal vehicle and get below industry average compensation for km allowance and vehicle allowance. Lastly there is little if any chance for career advancement, often stuck in the same role for years on end.

Pros

Openlane understands the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance and offers flexibility to its employees. Whether it's flexible working hours, remote work options, or generous vacation policies, the company prioritizes employee well-being while ensuring that deadlines are met and projects are delivered successfully. This balance contributes to a positive and sustainable work environment where employees can thrive both personally and professionally. One of the standout aspects of working at Openlane is the emphasis on career growth and development. The company invests in its employees' professional development through training programs, mentorship opportunities, and support for further education and certifications. As a Senior Software Engineer, I've had the chance to take on leadership roles, mentor junior team members, and contribute to strategic initiatives, which has been instrumental in my career advancement.

Cons
