      . Lots of opportunities to learn . Relaxed management style, as long as goals were met (tickets in queue, assigned responsibilities), they let you pace your work. Great being in a place without micromanagement . Great environment to work in, from the management to the regular employees one services. It was a pleasure to work here

      . Technology is somewhat siloed and can be a little daunting to identify product owners in order to solve the more challenging issues. Once those are identified, however, work is streamlined and teams across the IT division are great people

      Innovating domain. Relaxed ambiance. Comprehensive management.

      Cons

      None competitive salaries. Can have harsh managers and time off can be seen as a bad thing, but this is based on your manager. lots of changes lately which can feel like the business is going nowhere.
