Remote work opportunities Amazing people to work with, lots of talented and smart people to learn from. Everyone is very friendly and easy to work with. A great product and mission Genuinely feel valued and appreciated by leaders

Cons

I don’t really consider it a con, but there’s lots of work to be done and you need to be able to pivot quickly for projects. It’s to be expected at a fast paced company.

- remote work is the only pro about this company - compensation is ok

Cons

- extreme office politics - nitpicky micro managers - middle managers are so busy with their own work, they don't have time to give real feedback - I would successfully complete all my tasks on time and with good quality but was suddenly let go for no real reason
