Staff don’t feel anything other than frustration and disappointment with their experiences with the HR department. Unfortunately, I found the process to be both inefficient and disheartening. The lack of communication from HR was incredibly frustrating. On several occasions, I encountered what I felt was unprofessional behavior from HR representatives. Responses were not only delayed but also lacked courtesy and the basic level of respect that should be expected in any workplace. This made the whole experience feel dismissive and demotivating. There were several issues that I raised with HR, but the follow-up was either non-existent or lacked substance. It seemed as though HR was unwilling to take responsibility for resolving concerns or providing the support employees need. When seeking assistance, I was often met with vague answers or no meaningful solutions to my problems. This lack of actionable support left me feeling as though HR was not invested in helping employees or resolving issues in a timely manner.
