      Pros

      So happy that OL is standing strong in their beliefs around DE&I! Says a lot about the CEO & company as a whole.

      Cons

      Little room for promotion w/ the flattening of the org chart. Pay is also below average & it’s difficult to get appropriate pay. No diversity in senior leadership.
