No company loyalty, terrible communication, bites off way more than they can chew

Flexibility, remote options, friendly people

Cons

Mass layoffs while constantly saying how great the company is doing. Outsourcing jobs to save a buck rather than staying loyal to longer term employees. Laid off a bunch of US employees to outsource to an international group, then laid them off to outsource to an even cheaper group.
