Pros

Leadership is great and gives you the latitude to be successful and creative to find new solutions. The bulk of the team has no turnover which is a testament to the work environment.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of.

Pros

as long as they continue with their current management there are no pros.

Cons

I would like to bring to your attention some critical concerns regarding Openlane's current management team and its impact on employee retention and morale. Management Issues: Recent observations indicate that the Openlane's management team approach is having a detrimental effect on the customer service department. Specifically, there have been instances of controlling and passive-aggressive behavior that I have experienced personally that undermine a supportive work environment. A particularly concerning example involved Openlanes on-boarding team, who was required to continue training despite receiving the news of a family tragedy. This lack of empathy and disregard for work-life balance reflects a troubling misalignment with Openlane’s values and priorities. It also had a negative effect on all new trainees as well, which was not a good impression on how Openlane deals with such issues. Impact on Attrition and Employee Morale: The current approach to management and employee development has led to substantial attrition costs, amounting to tens of thousands of dollars. Additionally, there appears to be a significant barrier to career advancement, with salary progression being stagnated unless personal relationships with the Openlane's management team are developed. This situation has created a culture of fear, where employees are concerned about job security and feel pressured to conform to the customer service manager demands.
