      Pros

      Job was good, initial outlook was great, over time lack of guidance and support took me to start looking at other options. The company has great potential if they stay competitive and treat their customers right. They had some amazing talent and great personalities on their employment, if they look at the issues at hand and take and utilize feedback they could be so much more.

      Cons

      Lack of strong leadership. Not managers, leaders.
