Pros

Culture is very positive. The continued engagement from on-boarding well to having regular monthly meetings for newer hires is a very good thing. I learn on each of those meetings.

Cons

Some departments are apparently in a "silo" and it hurts our growth. We are growing strongly that said it could be even bigger and better.
