- If you have no other options, this place is good - Management is two-faced. They tell you you're doing great, but as soon as the company hits hard times, they blindside you and let you go (despite great performance reviews and commentary from your manager), because they don't want to deal with losing face due to layoffs. - They don't like to give raises, so they have a trend of hiring a fresh graduate, lowballing them on their salary (especially if you're a female--found this out from a male colleague who was shocked at how much more he was getting, even though we had the same amount of experience), and then letting them go right before they are due for another raise. - Their documentation methods are antiquated. - Honestly, there is no room for growth in this company. If you are a tech writer, you will stay a tech writer, and be stuck with a mediocre compensation and measly 2-3% raise every year that in no way keeps up with inflation or the rising cost of living. - Management is toxic.

Not home often, on-site foremans don't really seem to care
