I have many opportunities to grow in my career at OPEXUS and have managers that care about my professional growth and overall wellbeing. I feel supported by my team, and I appreciate the CEO's efforts to know the employees and create spaces for them to share their thoughts or ask their questions. The best thing about working at OPEXUS is the community building aspect. I enjoy coming into the office to see my team and engage with other OPEXers. The Washington DC location/building also makes it worth coming in. - Education Assistance Reimbursement plan - Unlimited PTO - Metro accessible - Fun offsite events (the crab picking lunch being the best one!) - Great desk set up - Modern office - Good people - Hybrid policy
