Pros
Nice coworkers, but be careful because there are a lot of secrets. If you like the small business environment this is for you. I don’t know how they are still in business to be honest.
Cons
-The owner has his hands in every day to day process -You’re expected to be in the office daily even as an outside sales person. -The base is low and don’t expect to earn any sizable commission since anything in your existing territory won’t be paid out to out if you didn’t personally uncover it which seems really odd but it will be considered “worked” as a house account. -Solutions are terrible and old. -Benefits suck.
