      - Employees are treated with respect - Goog Compensation - Great growth prospective - Even when I was leaving the company, I was given very good suggestion and advice for my personal growth whereever I go.

      Great Company Culture, Always Something New to Do

      Pros

      Great company culture - There are a lot of young, talented professionals here that work hard but also know how to have a good time. It's nice to work somewhere where your co-workers can also be your friends. The company throws occasional happy hours/parties/events that allow you to meet people you might not work with directly. Advancement - My direct supervisor is doing a great job encouraging professional development via training, new responsibilities, and feedback. Supervisor is great at helping balance team tasks and priorities, especially when we have a lot of projects going on simultaneously. Employees are eligible for annual compensation and performance reviews. Was happy with my most recent pay increase. Work - My position wears many hats, but I enjoy that since there is always something new to do. I often feel busy, but work rarely feels boring.

      Cons

      Understaffed - There are times when current staff can get overworked from multiple projects being piled on at once. More staff would help alleviate this. Communication - Communication within a team is usually great, but communicating between different teams can be improved.
