      Benefits, pay, culture. You will feel super uplifted one week to fearing job loss the next.

      Pros

      Employees are friendly, great place to start building skills.

      Cons

      Disorganization, horrible management, don’t believe in remote work. HR is a joke, you’re supposed to be able to express your frustrations but instead you are met with hostile bullying, offensive belittling and humiliating comments. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. No one will say anything out of fear of retaliation.

      OPEXUS is an amazing organization with a strong focus on collaboration and building it's internal and external community. The organization moved to DC last year and went through an exciting rebranding. OPEXUS is a fast paced environment where employees are not afraid of hard work and thinking outside of the box. OPEXUS offers employees unlimited PTO, 2-day hybrid work schedule, and opportunities for career development and growth. Compensation is competitive and a wide range of benefits are offered. There are frequently company wide events led by the social committee, wellness team, and/or DEIA committee.

      OPEXUS is a growing company that has challenging, but rewarding work.
