Pros
As a W2 employee, the organization provides reasonable benefits to included the common 3 week PTO, holiday pay, and even a single snow day (for instances where you're snowed in).
Cons
There are no yearly bonuses. The organization lacks significant structure and needed resources in areas such as HR (there is only ONE HR person servicing over 150+ employees). Management tends to selectively respond to emails that they deem worthy which sends a negative message to employees.
