Better not to add more...there are already many in the reviews. And all of them can be validated by just getting in touch of any employee working there. TORTURE. People start searching for another job the second day of their joining to this org.

1.Micro management 2.Bad work culture, treats employees as a slaves. 3. Un necessary late nights 4. Un necessarily pressure creates by management. 5. Very bad salary hikes 6. No performance review at all, who ever act smart and cunning to management they will get good hikes, by the way no hike cycle guaranteed you will get hike by 1 yr, or 1 nd of year. 7. No job security, you can fire 🔥 any day. No guarantee at all. 8. Bad code base and technology, no internet connection in office, no documentation,at least no KT. 9. It's better to be job less than joining in to this company. 10. Last but not least I'm sure you feel the same if you join in this company. I joined as a fresher with 2yrs bond and resigned immediately after two years.
