Pros

Competitive Pay, Flexible Schedule (Until it's not), Interesting business of manufacturing that spans the globe. Free Food Very effective warehouse team.

Cons

A "highschool" atmosphere of cliques and favoritism. Extreme lack of feedback and information from leadership. Little to no investment in employee development from work trainers. Interdepartmental friction and demeaning language to what is deemed "low-skill" work. When "Team-player" is referred to this means ability to socialize with teammates, not your dedication to work tasks. Leadership at best guides through non-specific commentary at team meetings. Direct one on one meetings will result in no actionable feedback of how to improve or goals to be achieved.

Pros

Flexible work schedules, travel opportunities, competitive pay and benefits, and ability to work independently without a lot of micromanagement.

Cons

Health insurance is a bit pricey and sometimes there can be challenges working with a foreign country but overall this is a great place to work.
